@semtexTo the people that work their neck. What do you do to train it? What worked for you?
Used to bridge but now I don’t do that. Shrugs and manual neck flexion exercises workTo the people that work their neck. What do you do to train it? What worked for you?
Brehs let me explain to you why I don't like running full court bball games. The average person, just doesn't get timing, when, what, where to make a type of pass. You got average Billys out here trying to make behind the back passes, Freaking dude out jacking up up 3's because yolo, dude was like 4-50 on three point attempts.
You aren't about to have me out here running down the court , just so you can make a dumb freaking choice, and then get cherry picked
We had a 3 on 1, dude who was jacking up 3's had the ball, all he had to do was make a pass to the guy slashing; I had my guy blocked off, easy layup. Dude holds on to the ball, his man recovers, then he decides he wants to make the pass, dude blocks it with his hand, they start running down the other end of the court

What type of pain? Might be time for joint supplements. I take glucosamine and MSM, I don’t have any of the joint aches and pains I used to get (tho some of it was due to not being in as good of shape as I am now and heavier), and I do a lot of high impact workBrehs/brehettes I need some advice...
I been dealing with a lot of minor/medium pain..shoulder,elbow and knees. It’s affecting how heavy I can lift and range of motion. I can still get range of motion but not without pain with dB press and flys. I wasn’t on vacation for a month so I took time off but still dealing with the little aches and pains
shyt low key disheartening![]()

I just looked it up, give it a few weeks, but my red flag is that a serving is four pills...you taking four per day? That’s a lot to get the relatively moderate amount of glucosamine and msm that’s in their blend. You should finish the bottle, but look into just getting the isolated supplements I listed (they often come together as well) when you’re ready to re-up. You want at least 1000mg of each per dayYea it do seem to be joint pain and aches.. I just started taking a joint supplement called joyful joints. I been on it about a week not really seeing a difference. I’m the lightest I been in 2 years and still going on but just now getting the joint pain. I’m a heavy lifter so that may put extra strain on my joints..
But I’ll have to look up and try the stuff you taking when I get home but hopefully my stiff start to kick in..
