How long do ya'll be in the gym on average tho?

I go at night at an average about an hour, sometimes I be feeling I don't be going hard enough when I'm done with my 5x5 in like 45 minutes trying to find any other workout to do. I mean I mean I be feeling good after I get from the gym regardless but I don't know, I feel like I should be in there longer.
35-50 minutes

I think when I get back to bulking I'm gonna go longer.

Right now about 45 mins. I'm gonna increase it to about and hour now though. I'll be throwing in a 20 min bike session at the begining of my workout for some cardio.

My goal is to lose weight while still maintaining my muscle and not turn "skinny fat"

As of now, UK. I just got notification that my visa application was successful. I'll be applying for the Schengen (continental Eurozone) in the coming weeks.

Assuming I get the Schengen visa, then I've planned for UK, Netherlands, Belgium and France in 10 days. Ideally I'm planning to spend most of my time in the UK and France, with quick 1 day stop overs in Amsterdam and Brussels. I may even cut out Brussels all together tbh.

But if I don't get the Schengen visa (which I don't think will be the case) then I'll just spend my 10 days in the UK.

I'm pumped man

Get excited for a new gym you can't use brehs :francis:
A new Gold's gym opened up about 10 mins from my house. So now I have one 2 mins from work and 10 mins from home. Good set up :ehh:

I call the new Gold's gym to inquire if it's corporate owned vs. franchise owned (long story short, if you have a membership at corporate, you can't go to franchise owned and vice versa - I have a corporate membership).

Lady at the new gym confirmed they're corporate :blessed:

Lady: "But you may need to upgrade your membership"
Me: "What do you mean?" :dwillhuh:

Lady: "We are the first Level 2 gym in the area. The gym you have is Level 1. How much do you pay for your membership?"

Me: "$35.00"

Lady: "Yea, the lowest offering we have is $50. Would you like to upgrade? You can walk in to our gym and upgrade"

I know your pain. We have 2 different memberships at my work. One (2 club membership) is high end, pricey, pretty empty, super clean but lacking certain things some people may need (lat pull down, row) without getting creative. My back day program has both of those in it so it's either use machines to replicate it in a pinch or I'll use another gym that day.

So the other which is like your situation,

Membership is a 3 club gym (east, west, north), which we can only go to one location (east) on our membership since the others were sold to different owners. They cut the multi access off, kind of like your Golds. I'm cool with the owner of another location (north) so he added us onto a list hanging at the front desk.

I had 24hr fitness take over from my old powerhouse gym, but it was only good for one location near by, no multi location Sport or Super Sport Access. I switched that to LA Fitness since I paid for that one myself and 8 bucks more gave me multi club nationwide access over the 24 I had. I will basically use that in the mornings or close to closing because the gym is a goddamn zoo otherwise.
