Got a body tune up with some G5 treatment at the chiropractors office.
Felt Fresh! Worked out afterwards.

PS Can't wait for the first of the month so I can use my GNC Gold card to get that 20% discount. Running low on Masstech.

brehs whats the general basis for leangains? i was reading the website and im still not entirely sure about every little thing it wants me to do. is it simply just eating in an 8 hour window? and if so, on workout days do i eat at my maintenance? or like a 250 calorie deficit? and non workout days i eat a 500 calorie deficit? can someone help a fellow breh out?

Leangains is really just about the 8 hr window and putting the vast majority of your calories (especially carbs) after your workout. Everything else is variable.

A common approach is -30% offdays, +10% lifting days when cutting. Vice versa for bulking.

been cutting back on carbs these past two weeks and dropping my calories a bit, and i'm fukking dying in the gym as a result.

It's amazing how my squats get ruined whenever I deviate from the usual LISS treadmill cardio and add in a very brief amount of running. fukk.

This is why I don't run when dieting :snoop:
