I’ve wanted this done since 07 when I was broke and outta college, way before it became a cheap trip to the DR for social media models. I also don’t want anything ridiculous, just a nice little

How do you like that Uyama Hiroto Freeform Jazz? I just picked it up on vinyl and it's fuego!Because I was overweight my whole life then I kept losing weight to where I am now and I cant tell if im in the range i should be or if I lost too much. I was 250 at my heaviest and the lowest I ever weighed was 125 awhile back so I never really found a balance
This is a big reason a lot of women never reach their fitness goals. You absolutely should be lifting much heavier. You're having trouble burning fat because you're not carrying enough muscle. Increasing your muscle mass will increase your baseline calorie requirements which will ultimately lead to weight loss if you eat a balanced diet. In addition, you'll strengthen your skeleton and help stave off the osteoporosis that plagues the female gender. Heavier deadlifts will increase your bone density over time.I’m not really looking for definition. I want to get the fat down. I don’t really lift heavy. 25 on dumbbells and 80 on deadlifts.
There's no way you're doing all that in under 90 minutes unless you're in an empty gym, taking 30 second MAX rest periods between sets. And even then, the endurance you'd need to keep up that pace...Generally under 90 minutes if I decide to toss in some steady state cardio afterwards I’m in there for 2 hours.
