How long are your workouts, 2 hours?I do preform variations of the squats to include front, overhead, goblet and mixup the chest presses by using barbells and dumbbells incline, flat, decline. And both barbell/dB lunges depending on the week.
MONDAY:
Squats: 5x3-5
Bench Press: 5x3-5
Weighted pull ups over hand: 3x5
Weighted Dips: 3x5
Bent over barbell rows: 3x5
Tricep cable press downs: 3x8
Barbell curls: 3x8
Dumbbell lateral raises: 3x8
Weighted crunches: 3x8
Standing calf raises: 4x8
WEDNESDAYS:
Deadlifts: 3x6-8
OHP: 3x6-8
Weighted pull ups neutral grip: 3x7
Dumbbell bulgarian split squats: 3x7 each leg
Incline dumbbell press: 3x7
Pendlay rows: 3x7
Rope Cable Face pulls: 3x10
Cable lateral raises: 3x10
Seated hamstring curls: 3x10

Compare for what reason?Something that has been kind of bothering me is that I dont have anyone that is my height and weight to compare myself to. People my height, like at my wushu class, usually weigh more than me so it seems kinda weird to use them as an ideal model. Oh well

Because I was overweight my whole life then I kept losing weight to where I am now and I cant tell if im in the range i should be or if I lost too much. I was 250 at my heaviest and the lowest I ever weighed was 125 awhile back so I never really found a balanceCompare for what reason?
I think I retore the labrum repair. I've had it done twice. It doesn't bother like before so I'm not going to get a third one done.Oh gotcha. I gotta bring in an independent review organization to review my case. Takes 20 days.
Had both back and hip mri. Came out to $7 grand. Insurance covered half tho and HRA should paid 2Gs. So i owe about a grand or so
