I use whey from Costco. Only brand I've ever used, so not able to help you there brehBananas are the GOAT for creamy shakes.
I just got my nutri bullet fixed so I'll be getting back on green shakes for breakfast.
@Kal El could you recommend me some protein powder. I don't wanna do whey because it gets me bloated. Heard there's some good plant based protein in the market but not sure which to use.

Running on pavement might be the woat exercise ever for knees but treadmills remind me of a slow death. At least if I just go at a moderate consistent pace I do pretty well.
