what do you recommend for soreness days after a lift? My quads are still burning from lifting on Monday and I stretched yesterday.

If you're willing to do something a bit different in the gym, I find the below workout helpful for recover:

but you have to treat it lightly, its not intended as a hard workout.

I still like my paused back squats...playing around with foot width and narrower footing is working for some odd reason.

Stepped into the sauna for the first time today. Drank way too much Monday night without pre-hangover prep so I got one of them 2 day hangovers :snoop:


- shyt is piff, god damn. Granted I was sweating 3x as usual but I felt way better physicallu, mentally, spiritually. Y'all be in there? Before or after workouts? Def trying to add this to the routine.

I go in before my workout to get a sweat going and open up my pores. I don't sweat easily from working out.

Going to Colorado for the weekend....bringing my gym bag just in case. Part of me wants to chill and just enjoy the edibles and the playoffs, but the other half wants to still get it in. :lupe:
