Frozen Bananas just changed the game for me.

Been scarfing down protein shakes with raw oats / greek yogurt / whey and it's been a chore....substituting frozen bananas for oats makes them taste like straight up milkshakes

Wifey has been on the banana shake wave for a minute. If you want it really creamy add some peanut butter in too. Obviously no go for cutting but she needs an extra 700-800kcal for breastfeeding. Women are amazing :wow:

I just got my nutri bullet fixed so I'll be getting back on green shakes for breakfast.

@Kal El could you recommend me some protein powder. I don't wanna do whey because it gets me bloated. Heard there's some good plant based protein in the market but not sure which to use.

Vega Protein Powder is pretty good IMO.

Banana, Chia Seeds, Peanut Butter, Spinach, Kale and some mixed berries.

GOAT breakfast smoothie. Good balance of fiber, vitamins, protein and other nutrients. It also keeps you full for quite a bit. Throw in a scoop of protein powder and your in business. It's also quite good for a cut, just watch how much peanut butter you put in it.

My calorie threshold in a cut is so low... 1900 + cardio.... so even chia seeds are a luxury I can't afford :mjcry: I don't even have breakfast, just water :wow: But once I get back to eating again I do want to get more consistent with natural micronutrients and shyt like omega 3s. I'll fukk with something like that when the time comes

My goal for my cut is like 1900-2000 on a daily regardless of if I exercise or not. I'm looking to go for very dense and filling foods. 3 dense meal in a day, a few light snacks and a lot of water should do me right.

Can't lie though, once I play soccer I feel like crushing everything in sight :francis:

Been back in the gym for 2 months. My genetics are low key a cheat code cause I look like I've been in for 6+ months but my strength isn't anywhere close to where I was at my peak (obviously lol).

been drinking 2-2.5 liters of water a day also which is something I've never done in my life consistently :wow:....feel like that has been a good thing added for me :ehh:


also been doing mindful meditation for 10-15 mins a day which has been :smugfavre:.....never realized how distracted our minds really are in the present moments :dame:...still got a ways to go but I've noticed changes already


also graduated from nursing school (RN) so I'm prepping to take my state boards in a couple weeks :myman:




physically, mentally, and financially things are coming together this year. Usually it's 1 outta 3 or 2 outta 3 but I've never had all 3 lining up together like this :whew:
