There's nothing wrong with that or you can do another chest workout you never did before that hit the same part of the chestQuick question brehs, let's say I'm on my last chest workout for the day and all the machines that I want to use are occupied. Is it ok if I skip that exercise and go on to do exercises for my other muscle groups that day and finish up that exercise afterwards? Or do I have to do all my exercises in order of muscle groups?![]()
