Second time at this job that a coworker thought I was way younger than I am. Had to show her my id cuz she didn't believe me. I attribute it to having left my old job that was stressing me out. Having less stress gave me some youth back. :blessed:

That plus hitting up the gym and staying in shape. Slightly improving my nutrition like eating more fruits and veggies, protein, but still the usual sweet tooth. And cutting down the weight. And just being in good overall health has me looking much younger. :mjgrin:

My squats are just fukking embarrasing, this is what I get for not training my legs enough....

5x5 work from here on out .......

I need a conditioning routine for off days.......
My off days I keep it simple...i do a non gym activity for recreation or take a walk around my neighborhood..its very scenic

Had the day off today , jumped rope and did some calisthenics .... I'm looking for something that will carry over , maybe help with mobility...

You hate it because it's boring?

Biceps shouldn't be fun, it's supposed to hurt and be agony, if you hate it because you bored, then you not doing what you supposed to do

Arm day to mean means pain, pump, volume and heavy ass weights, every set I'm like fukk! More pain, more heavy and weights and reps

Its just that its the only bodypart where it hits me that I'm doing same motion over and over again. I hit them hard and do a variety of shyt for them because the importance of strong biceps is severely understated besides being able to flex in a mirror, but I'd rather die in a squat rack that work biceps.

Slow dumbell cross body hammer curls right now are my shyt though. That squeeze at the top is:ohlawd:
