How much weight do you use for your farmers walks?
It varies depending on
  • rep range for that day.
  • its usually the last movement of the day
  • time wise to use the trap bar and go heavier I don't have the time for set-up.
On average 53-64 # KB

I think I'm at a plateau as well..

Might need a binge day:francis:

I've already knocked off 3 lbs since Monday so I'm not sweating it. Today is the last gym day of the week anyways. Nothing but calisthenics then Friday and the weekends off to recover. Usually I find it helps break the minor plateaus like that.

Hey do you guys consider jumps as effective HIIT for weight loss? I do 6 sets of 25 jumps to a medium level platform 5 days a week.
