My sleep has been shyt for the past few days and affecting my mood and workout. Keep waking up way too early and however much I try I can’t get back to sleep so I wake up feeling like I haven’t even slept :francis:

Might get some strong sleeping tablets to knock me out.

I don't get why these different brands of rolled oats (regular oatmeal) have such different calorie counts. I get the thick cut rolled oats having more calories, but I have regular ones that range from the normal 150 per half cup, to 190 per half cup, and one even says 110 per 1/4 cup (220 per half cup) :swaggywhat: all the macros are the same for a half cup of the others tho...maybe they labeled it wrong, it's from the bulk section of a store.

Anyway, the little things like this matter when you're down to the wire...might have to switch back to the mass market Quaker Oats :dry:

Woke up this morning feeling awful. My stomach was :francis: status. I was dehydrated .
I don't know if it was the steak I ate last night that did it. I don't eat beef that often anymore so it could've been that and also I got it from a Winn dixie that's going out of business, even though it looked good and tasted good I'm not sure.

my right shoulder is starting to bother me :francis:..i cant catch a break..dont know if its just tendinitis or what not...luckily my lifting has only been doing resistance bands and body weight stuff..no weights for the time being...its all about cardio..well i guess i better look for a shoulder brace of some sort now :francis:..cardio though im kicking ass...ready to do another 2 1/2 hours of it later today.

Go from eating a six stack cheeseburger one night to benching your own body weight the next morning. :wow:

5x5 at 175 straight up, no spot. Was definitely tough. Especially the last set. Getting it off the bar, and the last two reps I felt. But the first three reps were a breeze, at least for the first three sets. I definitely gotta use a spot next time, likely Thursday, and cut it down to four sets. Maybe even a 4x4. Gotta not over do it.

I’m standing up power clean clusters on exhausted legs @ 215#. It really feels good to see the strength gains manifest in practice after all the work I’ve put in the last year. I feel really good man. It’s incredible :wow:
