Today was a great delt workout, but the highlight of this gym session was when 4 Latinas came in, they had their yoga pants, tight tank tops and shyt, but they came in for business, they was some power lifters, they went to the bench had their notebook, had their powerlifting Elbow sleeves the strong lifts one's and got on the bench not only that they had the slingshot.

That shyt turned me on, when women go to the gym and lift weights, not trying being all cute, but bang weights and power lift, that's the most sexy shyt, I damn near stopped my workout.

Made a brother wanted to shoot a CC of Test and a CC of Tren, pop a Viagra and do the nastiest smuttiest shyt to one of them, they was banging them weights, repping 135, other women was feeling all jealous and shyt, then dudes that don't bang out started to get serious to show off, I was like look at these punks, all of a sudden

Today I ate
3 bananas
2 apples
Some grapes.
2 avocados
4 or 5 stalks of kale
Cup of spinach
Bowl of oatmeal with flaxseed

Its just weird to me how when I was way bigger I would eat like once or twice but now it seems like I eat more and more often and im 50 pounds under what I weighed most of my life

I do wushu/tai chi/yoga Monday Thursday Saturday

You ain't going to grow off of that, that's why you losing the weight you eat like a Vegetarian. Ain't nothing wrong with that but if you want to add lean muscle, grow and get stronger

Add some steak, lean chicken, white fish, throw in some Brown Rice and Red Potatoes, Hard Boiled Eggs with the veggies and fruit you eat.

And throw in some protein shakes, add bananas, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter to those shakes

Guarantee you will start growing

I am vegan breh or at least attempting to be. I do have to admit it seems like I am in a bit of a predicament though. Two of the main things I eat that seem to help me grow is nuts and beans but I cant do that every day. The beans are chilling but it seem like the nuts start fukking with my digestion after awhile

What food do you usually get when you don't cook? I forgot to take something out to cook for dinner :why:

Man i keep lean chicken breast strips and some rice +vegetable packs on deck.

Dinner is served in 5 minutes while i shower.

But honestly, i never really eat full meals. I just have a lot of small snacks on deck, throughout the day.


I'm content with shyt like a couple servings of yogurt and a banana.

Or a chicken breast salad.

Breakfast is usually oatmeal, banana and lacaid milk

Yogurt,fruits, salads,sweet potato / yams, chicken breast, eggs.....


I'm also minimalist when it comes to the workout shyt, i try to do the bare minimum and maximize results. I'm of the belief that most people dont peak in their workouts / appearance because they don't rest enough. I also don't believe in consuming a gram of protein per body weight, in a diet bs.
