A person have to eat 20 Steaks a day to get the daily recommendation of Creatine needed for strength training, that my friend is why there's a thing called Supplements.

Had a great day of Arm Training everyday is go hard and heavy with volume or go home. Every other day somebody comes up to me to tell me how hard I go in the gym and I get them pumped.

I know a dude who does calves at the beginning and does squats at the end and swears by it.

Goal is to get a 500lb. back squat by the end of year...hit 445 today...felt like a 95% max:wow:.
I’m trying to get my Zercher squat to double bodyweight for sets of 5. When I had them at the beginning of my workouts the other exercises were delayed because I take so long between sets of Zerchers. Now I just zoom through the other exercises first.

You’ll definitely get that 500. Especially if you’re at 445 in March.

Woke up Sore :blessed: that means I did my job in the gym, I did enough Volume, pumped blood in to the muscle and ripped some muscle fibers for new growth.

Today is Leg Days :mjcry:
Got to get Mentally prepared, My Leg Day is not for the weak minded and spirited
