This gym is the gift and the curse. They installed a bad ass dead lift platform. Connectors for bands. Cushioned to absorb the weights hitting them.

I need more meatless breakfast ideas. I don’t like oatmeal, and I’m tired of breakfast burritos. Or veggie and potato hash. And I meal prep so I need something I can make on Sundays and eat all week.


And I’m so stalled in my progress. I’m not losing but I’m not gaining either. I went down a jeans size, but the number on the scale is still the same. I know people say the number doesn’t matter, it’s about how you feel. But it matters to me:mjcry:
