what is DDP? i do Yin yoga occasionally - very long poses, about really opening/stretching your connective tissue/ligaments - also a big challenge for your mind to stay present (which i fail repeatedly lol). i really need to do more of it, still lacking the flexbility i want

I don't knock nobody man, whatever you do is whatever you do, but damn it stop with the excuses, If your ass don't like heavy weight, just say you don't like heavy ass weight. I'm tired of dudes come up to me when I'm lifting and explaining why they don't go Heavy, Man cut that shyt out, just say you comfortable with light and moderate weights and you don't like to work hard. shyt I don't like Heavy Ass Weights but I lift them bytches.

And Stop using age as a excuse, I'm 41 years old and still train balls to the walls, Deadlift, Squat, Bench. I was working out training like a Monster and this dude came up to me, slow down you not young anymore, when you get my age

fukk outta here, I'm 41, I'm not a young dude, and when I'm your age I'm going to still train hard.

fukk the excuses I done threw my back out, had tendonitis in my elbows, strained my Right bicep, slightly tore my upper left pec at my power lifting gym, slightly tore my tricep and still trained arounf my injuries and worked out, never complain about the weights or backed off. Your old high school football injury got shyt to do with you getting under that bar with respectable weight and Squat, cut that shyt out

No Excuses, at the gym lot of people make excuses and they wonder why they look the same and been training for years.

Stock up on frozen veggies. Broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts, etc. they’re dirt cheap. Cook them on the stove top with some olive oil.
What about food with high protein any recommendations?

Started sprinting on the track a few weeks back and I have to say it's definitely one of the GOAT workouts. I thought I was gonna end up :deadrose: somewhere on the track the first time, but my stamina's already much improved compared to a few weeks ago. Plus I always enjoyed running when I was younger.

Today was the first day I mixed in with my leg day routine though (did a sprint routine and then lower body weight training). The way my legs are going to feel tomorrow:mjcry:
