I’m having a helluva time getting my calories in, don’t really eat meat and don’t like many beans

Any help?

I’m 5’4 125-130 , I’m trying to eat 2500 cals a day if that helps

Went into the most disgusting 24 hour fitness I had ever been in in my life last night. Walked into the locker room and almost threw up instantly. No fukking excuses for a gym to be that nasty. Left after 30 minutes in that hellhole.

These bytches bout to get a 1 star in google & yelp :smh:

I guessing you are trying to add muscle. What are you doing for protein right now if you don't eat meat and beans?

Right now it’s mostly protein shakes/ eggs/ and fish which I know isn’t good for the long term

Without knowing your macros I'm thinking PB&J sandwiches might be a solution. It will give you cals and some additional protein.

Protein:110
Carbs: 350 ish. I run a lot so I figured I need more carbs
Fat:70

Edit: after writing these numbers out I may need to re look at macros

Took it easy on squats last night (only did warm up sets), going to start a deload soon, just for my sanity.

Bench went well, rows are starting to feel iffy:francis:


I'm def on the wrong side of getting 3000kals, might start back eating pb&j again.
