Training for a sport seems tough as hell to me. I imagine once soccer season starts you don't do any weight stuff at all? Figuring out the balance seems hard as hell to me.I'm going to retool my workout sessions to be more cardio intensive for the the next couple of months. I want my endurance to improve for the upcoming soccer season.
I'll keep the weights to the main compound lifts and 3 additional lifts.
I'll also start doing way more core work.
Let's see how these next 6 weeks work out.
