Machine Incline (Hammer Strength) 4x12

Machine Decline (Hammer Strength) 4x12

Incline Dumbbell Flyes 4x12

Pec Dec Fly 4x12 increase weight each set

Bought a bag of these protein chips (nacho)

MUCH MUCH better that Quest's. They still have some carboard notes, but the texture and taste are actually decent

Only advantage they have over Quest chips is they have more variety in "flavors."

Great Work Out, Chest is beat down. There's no playing in the gym for me, it's serious business, I'm there to break down muscle fibers by getting a good stretch with a good contraction with a great squeeze and heavy ass weights and lots of volume.

After the first working set of the body part you working, you should be sweating already.

Post Workout Shake - 40 G of Hydrolyzed Isolate Protein, Universal Carbo Plus and Creatine, Glutamine and 2 BCAA's

Post Workout Meal - 1/2 cup of Jasmine Rice, lots of baked chicken strips and steamed broccoli

Seemed like the gym was packed more than it should've been at 10am. Not as bad as evening time tho. Looks like that's a decent time. Not too crowded but just enough. Wasn't just the old people there either. Luckily the squat rack was open too. :wow:

Do you guys use weighw lifting belts for anything? I was think about getting another one for squats and deadlifts, mine is getting too big for me.

I was thinking about getting one of these

Since I see people at the gym use that but I've on ever used leather belts. I have preexisting back pain so I need something.

Workout dragged today.:snoop:

Squats were rough, didn't brace my core enough during warm-ups and def felt it during sets. Bench was aight, first set felt like :huhldup: but the other two were fine. Rows went well. Really want to get back doing pull ups, need to find a new bar for the place, cause the old one I have feels :huhldup: and don't feel like going to gym to just do pull/chin ups:ld: Wondering how that would affect my recovery as well. Did weighted dips again, shyts was :ohlawd:.

Lol @ them protein chips...thought I found the secret key with them quest shyts, ended up leaving most the pack at the gym as a freebie. I do fukk with these white bean chips tho - pretty good profile re: fiber and protein
