What pisses me of and most other people is that there are regular people out there doing the hard work everyday and then you have these IG thots that live for the gram doing this fake shyt. That's why the fitness industry is a goddamn joke.
The problem is and I will never understand why but you have a lot of people that look up to these fools on IG. Everyone these days is an online training, offering "custom fitness/meal plans" or pushing supplements.
And then you have these fools who buy it and wonder why they don't make gains/loose weight/hurt themselves in the gym.
^^^I guess the difference is in your approach. A lot of people just want a protocol to follow. It is a lot to try and parse out and understand. I just wrote a program for one of my wife's friends that really broke everything down.
But for me, and a lot of brehs here, a lot of the fun comes from figuring shyt out on my own. I had a lot of missteps on my way up, but I'm here now and I know what I'm doing. I find a lot of satisfaction in that. But for someone who just wants to get results ASAP- which is fair and possible- I can see how all the fitness social media shyt can be frustrating. You are 100% right, a lot of people selling coaching and plans have no business telling anyone how to do anything
pull-ups and dips are my cheat code to getting big arms.....Dips are the truth
When you slightly lean foward and fully activate your pecs
GOAT and heavily underrated exercise.
Breh deadlifts are a back lift not a grip lift. No shame in straps (though my grip is admittedly basura)Squats went fine, weight starting to feel real though *not for coli breh standards* I really need to solidify my stance and back bar placement though, too much movement and my traps are going to look all fukked up.
Deads were trash though, I'ma keep the warm up reps to a minimum, my grip went from 100 to 0 real quick. Said fukk pull ups at the end

this shyt is really problematic for women. women in general start with a lower familiarity with fitness/fitness IQ. then these IG chicks who naturally or surgically have flat stomachs and huge asses are pushing ab and ass workouts, flat tummy tea, and waist trainers like that's all you need to get fit and/or give you a coke bottle shape. i literally cannot believe how many women - even those who i'd think are smarter than this (i.e. my best friend ) - run out a buy essentially what is a girdle thinking it will flatten their stomach and drop $80/month on some supplements that at best are just gonna make you shyt more and fukk up your digestive system.from that exposal thread
I have been going hard in the gym, made a whole new training program, meal plan the works and I have been watching a lot of fitness channels for new exercises and goddamn this fake shyt is getting disgusting.
Almost every fitness chick on youtube is promoting ass workouts like that's the only thing they do. Telling dumb/uneducated/impressionable girls how to do this and that to get a bigger ass when they don't even have a big ass WTF.
Then you have the guys with their supersets/dropsets/going to faillure all in one gym session like we are all on the juice
Like nikka if I do that training program imma die
Even tho rich piana had his flaws he owned his shyt, told people straight im on steriods. But people still bought his supplements so if your real with people and your product it good they are going to buy it regardless.

Well to be fair my forearms and grip is shyt. But I just don't have the time or desire to make it a priority. But I think if you want to deadlift and have a good grip, train them separatelyYeah, know what you mean.
I don't do too much accessory work (grip/forearms), so I don't want to get too dependent on straps at this point.
Rule of thumb in diet /fitness industry.this shyt is really problematic for women. women in general start with a lower familiarity with fitness/fitness IQ. then these IG chicks who naturally or surgically have flat stomachs and huge asses are pushing ab and ass workouts, flat tummy tea, and waist trainers like that's all you need to get fit and/or give you a coke bottle shape. i literally cannot believe how many women - even those who i'd think are smarter than this (i.e. my best friend ) - run out a buy essentially what is a girdle thinking it will flatten their stomach and drop $80/month on some supplements that at best are just gonna make you shyt more and fukk up your digestive system.
that 30 day transformation team is one of the ones who is really hustling folks. $400-500 for a plan that isn't customized and is really unsustainable. i know a couple people who did it and got results in the 2-4 weeks they stuck to it and were back at square one 2-3 months later.
