shyt sounded a lot easier before the clock started. I think I left a piece of my soul (and possibly my quads) on the floor this morning.

I leave the saunas in my gym alone...too many cats in my gym..be in there all exposed and shyt :francis:
I don't go into a backrooms at any commercial gyms. If it's a private / independent gym then you're cool....

But those commercial gyms have a lot of :wrist: going on in the back. I stay out the locker / restroom, just workout and bounce....

Hard as fukk to get in the gym so far this week with this cold ass weather. Woke up at 5 and saw the temp was literally 1 degree, with like -10 wind chill. fukk that, I'll have to make it up later this week.
Get a pull-up bar. And you'll be straight. A lot of cats are sleeping on calisthenics. It's been my bread and butter for almost 6 months since I don't have the energy to deal with going to the gym......

My routine is: lunges,squats, pull-ups, push-ups and tricep dips.....

Haven't fallen off one bit.....

If anything I look more cut and swole, because pull-ups, push-ups and dips are a gawdly combo. Only men can do that shyt.....

Lactose free, 0g fat, 3g carbs (7g for chocolate), 11g protein.

Might replace almond milk with these if they don't pull them or jack up the prices.

if you want flavor you can always drink water but squeeze a lemon or lime into it. It helps out a lot.

I'm 255 now. Down 30 lbs since November.

Past 3 weeks I have limited processed meat :dame: & dairy to one meal a day Fri - Sun.

I need to work out though. Can't be skinny :flabbynsick: out here.


Look up the effects of Lectin & Prebiotics. I use this one

Any brehs/brehettes that has to deal with a rotator cuff injury(well I think it is). It’s been hurting me for about 2 weeks but today I got hit with a sharp pain . Now I can barely lift anything without pain...

How long will it be hurt for?
