Conventional Deads and squats in the same session?Workout went aight, felt kinda low energy during squats, no sure if it was cause I went through my warm up reps really quick or what. Press and deads went well. Used the deadlift (specific) bar at my gym, felt a bit more natural (or it all can be in my head).
Debating whether to start doing cardio again, but aside from doing hill sprints, cardio is just to me, especially since I'm doing full body routine.

I really wanna get back to running but it was absolutely tearing up my knees.
Once I drop some more Lbs I'll reassess.
All that weight on my knees had me in serious pain. I'll stick with soccer and biking for the time being.
