Really heavy work load so haven’t been to the gym in weeks and I feel like complete shyt. Tired, bloated, angry, stressed etc. It’ll all be over on Friday so really looking forward to going back and feeling good again.
I honestly don’t know how people who don’t do regular exercise go through life.
Yea breh im doing an online masters now and the difference between studying after a workout and no workout is night and day. shyt that i found confusing/ hard is suddenly very easy.Tell me about it.
The worst for me is the bloating and clouded mind. After I get in an intense workout I can think so clearly. That feeling after a serious workout is hard to match

I usually wake up at 6am to train then go to work and then study at night as ill be still be high from the morning workout. Evening at my gym is too crowded and full of morons which might make me legit mad instead of being high.
I'm studying for my GMAT right now.
My routine is study right after work at the library close to my office then walk to the gym and workout. I may reverse it and see how it pans out.
