Starting point and goal?

Also, :salute:on the progress.

I want to get to 170-180..

I dunno even know my weight right now:mjlol:
But my shirts are baggier..even the large size ones..
Got some running shoes and gonna do some outdoor cardio..
I try to eat 1800 calories a day...2000 is the max..

why not just spread the calories between both the days?


less than 2000 calories for a week? why?
I usually only eat 600-800 cals on Sunday's because I fast most the day. I binged yesterday because I've been in a terrible plateau and sometimes eating at maintenance (~2500 cals for me) or above let's your body know you're not starving from all the days you're cutting calories. Plus sometimes you gotta listen to your body - I needed carbs and red meat (I don't really eat beef, but I can tell when my iron is low and in need of a cheeseburger). I probably hit 3000 cals yesterday (2500 net if taking my workout into account)

Down about 15lbs, still a good chunk to go

Getting close to my goal of 200 lbs. It is getting tougher as I have to do more to drop lbs but slowly but surely.

I'm waaaaay further along than where I was 2 years ago

Those were bad times man :to:

Crazy how life methodically sinks you to rock bottom while throwing hints to help you get your shyt together..:wow:

Did a small deload (ten percent), actually went fine. Keeping up the consistency and I might get back to form :ehh: Hardest thing is getting that diet back in order.

how heavy are yall lifting to need 1-5 minutes between sets? and at how many reps? i guess i can't comprehend this, i've never been a heavy lifter. i lift a challenging weight for 15-20 reps in back to back sets, a heavy day for me is a weight that i can only do for 8-10 reps and i'm still only taking 15 secs, 30 secs max, between sets.
