I usually only eat 600-800 cals on Sunday's because I fast most the day. I binged yesterday because I've been in a terrible plateau and sometimes eating at maintenance (~2500 cals for me) or above let's your body know you're not starving from all the days you're cutting calories. Plus sometimes you gotta listen to your body - I needed carbs and red meat (I don't really eat beef, but I can tell when my iron is low and in need of a cheeseburger). I probably hit 3000 cals yesterday (2500 net if taking my workout into account)why not just spread the calories between both the days?
less than 2000 calories for a week? why?
I want to get to 170-180..
I dunno even know my weight right now
But my shirts are baggier..even the large size ones..
Got some running shoes and gonna do some outdoor cardio..
I try to eat 1800 calories a day...2000 is the max..

Getting close to my goal of 200 lbs. It is getting tougher as I have to do more to drop lbs but slowly but surely.
