My daily caloric intake has gone up this week. And I didn't want it too. I started this blue-collar job this past monday that requires alot of heavy lifting, and I work the graveyard shift 11pm-7am, so I've been eating a dinner before work, and then at lunchtime(3AM) I've been buying hot chocolates and honey buns to counter the fatigue. I get super hungry at lunch because of the amount of physicality the job requires. Imma have to nip this in the bud and cease to snack so much. My physique was on it's way too. My waist was shrinking, v-cute showing, lower back become tapered, and I messed it up a tad by pigging out at work and pigging out when I get home....
