This new equipment at the gym has me really looking at shyt different. New flat benches are too low and in any case my flat bench has always been Had to deload this week, body was just telling me to fall back so I have been doing GVT with dips and a pulling motion....
I never realized how much I love dips I'm gonna bush flat bench for good. I'm also gonna have 1 GVT upper day a week, I have enjoyed the hell out of the last 2 workout days. Sometimes it's good to get that shock to the system that forces you to sit back and really think about what you're doing and why you're doing it. I really have to think about what I'll be able to do when I'm a new baby no sleep zombie and dips are def zombie approved.
