Back on 5 by 5, my favorite program. Easiest to stick to, low # of movements so I don't have to wait for each piece of equipment, forces you to lift heavier each week

Didn't each much yesterday and paid for it today..just didn't have the overall energy..def left a few reps out there..

Doing some calisthenics at home to kinda make up for it...

Gonna def try for 200lbs on the squat next week....
Hit 195 for 1 rep..barely made it but I did it...

As long as I don't lose too much on this long cut, I'm gucci

Need to build up my follower count so I'm gonna start recording more videos of my workouts
This winter I'm trying to lean out as before I've always lazily bulked during this season.
Hangover AF today but I'm gonna head out do a cardio session in a bit

I think my ceiling might be 275 on the bench. Need to find a way to hit 315 before the year ends. My boy was telling me about negative sets but I work out with the wife so I don't think she can handle all that weight for me to work out to failure

just upgraded to 24 hour fitness super sport. its fukkin shameful the diff between the sport and super sports in my area.
the gym i been going to looks like a prison gym. the hs i went to has a nicer gym what the fukk :pacspit:

i decided to take a week off from lifting; four days in i got extremely lazy with eating (-6000cal combined over the last 3-4 days). Scale saying -4lbs has me scared to test how much potential strength i lost :mjcry:
