Another Chapter in the basketball diaries.

Today brehs, I heared the dumbest logic i've ever heared playing ball.

So 2v2 I'm checking the ball in, breh on the other team decides it will be a great Idea, to guard his teammates man as well " because I can't do anything before I check the ball in, and in his mind there is just no possibility of me getting the ball to my teammate with 2 people on him.

So I pass the ball to my teammate, he passes it back to me leaving me wide open for the easy lay up. :mjlol:

So I'm checking the ball again, once again, he's guarding his teammates man, and he's still going on about how this is a good idea and there is no way I can get the ball to my teammate :mjlol:


His teammate " Just go guard your guy"

Him: No he can't get the ball to him :banderas:

I make a lazy in bound pass; but essentially I'm wide open for another easy bucket, my fault

Him: See! I told you:win:, they miss the shot we get the rebound and score

I'm checking the ball in again, once again he's covering his teammates guy

his teammate once again, " Tyler go guard your man"

tyler: no man he can't the ball to his guy:youngsabo:

I pass the ball easily to my guy to which he then makes a quick pass back to me for an easy layup

Guys, I have no clue what this guys logic was, everyone on that court ( except for him) was confused at to what he was thinking. But I have to give it to him, he was sticking to his guns that this was a good plan

After 3 straight months of lower back pain, I sleep with a pillow under my ass once and when I wake up the next morning it’s gone :ohhh: I had no idea my mattress played such a huge part in my lower back pain
memory foam mattress..i spent one when i upgraded my bed to kang size...it was a great decision

So I missed a week of gym does that mean I will lose my gains?

if you mean as in you missed 6-7 days no....While it's not optimal depending on what type of program you follow some programs allow for 3-4 days rest....I believe muscle recovers from working it 24-72 hours afterwards.....So try not to take that much time off but I doubt you lose your gains..I just took 6 days off randomly myself....Changed my P/P/L to P/L/P with 1 day rest in between each...That first workout back did make me tired the rest of the day.
