So I missed a week of gym does that mean I will lose my gains?

Nah, you should be good. Just don't take too long of a break unless you on holiday and even then you can keep things relatively thight with calisthenics. Or you can just enjoy your holiday.

JFC I need sleep. If this is how it's gonna be once the baby comes a lot of shyt is getting bushed. I hit a deload this week and the lack of sleep is compounding it.... but I did a real simple high volume calisthenics upper body workout yesterday and enjoyed it. If I can figure out something similar for lower body I will be good. Thinking about building a leverage squat apparatus for the home rack

Haven’t done a shrug in months but my upper back development looks like I ran a cycle. :damn: goes to show that my lower traps were kinda underdeveloped. shyt makes a world of difference. Strict weighted pullups and dips :whew:

to my AM workout crew, yall fitting in stretching and/or foam rolling into your AM workouts as well? i honestly am running straight from the gym to the house to get ready for work, i don't have time for this. i'm about to add in yoga 1-2 times a week to help with stretching and flexibility, but was also told foam rolling would be helpful. am i going to get the benefits if i do this in the evenings instead? i really don't have 5 more minutes to add something else to my am workouts :sad:


edit: some days my appetite is a fukking beast. i'm not sure why i'm so damn hungry today but chill home girl

I actually liked it when that dawned on me. You shift your mindset from a 2-3 week out look to 4-6+ months. This is great cause winter's coming.

Yep, officially confirmed. The assault bike is officially the best worst piece of cardio equipment in the entire fitness industry. Add repetitive cycles into the equation and it’s not even debateable.:francis:

A third of me wants to go to the gym, a third of me wants to go get some random p*ssy, and the smart third of me knows that neither is a good idea since I did legs yesterday and I won't be at full strength for either one. :francis: :damn:
