What's good with knee sleeves for squatting? If I'm feeling no knee pain no need wear them the heavier I go?:patrice:
Insurance policy. Big mental thing for me as well... I def do better with them than without. Speaking of which I'm pretty sure someone stole mine at the gym not long ago....... someone was asking me about them and they disappeared soon after :aicmon: If I see someone with them on :demonic:

All roads end at calories in and calories out
When I grasped that concept recently, it saved alot of overanalyzing..

You can eat 4 donuts a day and drop weight if you burn more than what you eat..wouldn't recommend for obvious reasons, but you catch the drift

If you get a mixture of carbs/protein/fat and you burn more than what you eat, you gonna drop weight and benefit body wise..
People swear it isn't this simple, but it is. I lost a bunch of pounds before just calorie counting. People be asking me if I'm taking something to help lose, and I happily tell them I don't take shyt. And you have to be consistent with it, not just thinking you did well one or two days and that's it. But yeah, simply eating fewer calories than your body needs to maintain its weight, and then burning more off from working out, will equal lost pounds every single time.

I laugh every time someone asks me what I’m doing differently like it’s supposed a magic. Most people already know. They just think it’s supposed to come easy and don’t want to put in the work.

I'm gonna have to reevaluate things cuz I been gaining a few pounds since I stopped working like 3 weeks ago. Don't know if it's just eating too much junk during my recent trips to Orlando, plus some Halloween candy, or if the decrease in cardio from not working has me burning less. I have been working out mainly chest and shoulders, and legs and arms tho. So might be muscle buildup. I do gotta figure out a game plan cuz I start a new job in a month and it's a call center type setting, no physical labor and business hours. As much as I'm glad to be getting paid more and have holidays, nights, and weekends off unless I want to put in overtime, I sure do miss the physical labor of retail and burning calories, plus the opportunity to hit up the gym during the day. I'll have to wake up early in the morning and go before work or maybe switch to LA fitness that's right by my house. Or maybe I'll go after work even tho it's gonna be too packed. Gotta see.
