Insurance policy. Big mental thing for me as well... I def do better with them than without. Speaking of which I'm pretty sure someone stole mine at the gym not long ago....... someone was asking me about them and they disappeared soon after If I see someone with them onWhat's good with knee sleeves for squatting? If I'm feeling no knee pain no need wear them the heavier I go?
People swear it isn't this simple, but it is. I lost a bunch of pounds before just calorie counting. People be asking me if I'm taking something to help lose, and I happily tell them I don't take shyt. And you have to be consistent with it, not just thinking you did well one or two days and that's it. But yeah, simply eating fewer calories than your body needs to maintain its weight, and then burning more off from working out, will equal lost pounds every single time. All roads end at calories in and calories out
When I grasped that concept recently, it saved alot of overanalyzing..
You can eat 4 donuts a day and drop weight if you burn more than what you eat..wouldn't recommend for obvious reasons, but you catch the drift
If you get a mixture of carbs/protein/fat and you burn more than what you eat, you gonna drop weight and benefit body wise..
I laugh every time someone asks me what I’m doing differently like it’s supposed a magic. Most people already know. They just think it’s supposed to come easy and don’t want to put in the work.People swear it isn't this simple, but it is. I lost a bunch of pounds before just calorie counting.
