Is keto really as wavy as nikkas make it seem? I just been throwing stuff together
Oatmeal, egg whites with spinach and an apple for breakfast.
Lunch and dinner grilled chicken breasts, and broccoli.
Snacks:pumpkin seeds, peanuts, cashews, almonds, various fruit.
I'm trying to change here.

. I started using them after I tweaked my right knee about four years ago. 

I was missing some form cues when doing them before but I’ve got them now. So much tension is required to do them controlled and still keep the range of motion. Also need to tilt your hips upward a bit so you don’t hurt your lower back. Damn near blacked out a few times
