Sigh, I dont even like talking diet and exercise with people in real life. The truth is there's many variables at play....Had a realmoment
I'm heating up my lunch (I have it around 10:30) and this woman is like "oh youre having an early lunch". I forgot how we got into it but I think she asked me how many meals I have a day.... I said like 2-4, to which she says "ah thats why youre always hungry. Nutritionists say you're supposed to have 6 meals a day". I said something and she repeated herself.
Mind you.... I'm me. She is maybe 5' 4" and easily has a good 50-80lb on me.Maybe you should cut back to 3 meals a day instead of me jumping to 6

people are busy, only think about the gym when they're going to work out, someone asks a complex question that requires a complex answer, someone say something stupid that's not worth responding too or has been responded too a million times on here......My one issue with "The Gym" section. Takes a while to get a response to a question, sometimes you'll never get one.
