Today makes 3 months since I hurt my back. my mobility has gone. I’m trying to get that back before I re-introduce squats and deadsMan with your lower back, take a couple weeks, maybe even a month off from squats / deadlifts . Don't play with that shyt. I know in the past my back has gotten tight or in a knot from heavy lifting and that's what I did. I've never had any chronic injuries, but the best advice I can give is to listen to your body. Do some extra static stretching in the meantime.
Oh yeah and I think @ocmfII went through some intense back pain....
I went around 10:20 today and was surprised by all the people in there like WTF, everybody freelancers now creating their own work schedulessilly me for thinking the fukkin gym would be empty at 11am on a tuesday damn does anyone work anymore
So as some of you know i'm on a bullshyt dosage of Testerone Replacement Therapy....When I tell you brehs/brehettes that this shyt gives you far more endurance/muscular endurance/seems like my cardio has increased and I'm not really retaining any water....However the downfall is this your scale weight will not seem to go down if that is one of your goals. I am on IF for diet and can't lose any pounds not that it is my goal however I just assume it will be easier to get my 5'8 frame around better at 185-200 than it is at 205-210 I am at 2000 calories, 200 protein, 150 carbs, 67 fat ....In addition it seems that you don't have to crap in the toilet as much either. I'm assuming that is due to the nutrient partitioning and shuttling.
My recovery has been greatly improved (P/P/L 3 on 1 off), sex drive feels like I was a teenager again and I wake up more alert etc....If you are over 35 and your workouts just aren't hitting or you aren't feeling like your normal self go to a clinic....I can honestly say I am literally far more upbeat and generally happier. And tri-care (military insurance) basically takes care of everything. I do have to purchase my own pins.
Now that I have been on a cycle for a few weeks now I can legit say this...I haven't and likely won't use any of the other things out there like Trenbolone/Winstrol/Deca etc but I don't really see dosing Testerone as being a long term health issue (as long as you don't over do it like the bodybuilders who be on 1gram a week etc) But 700mg a week and under you'll be alright...Your test levels will naturally lower as you get older anyway and if you already have a vasectomy or don't want any more children it doesn't matter for real if you are using injected or producing natural test going forward.
Hell yea. Anything that could help breh, thank uI still have a great book from college, I could post.....its pretty straight forward no off the wall scientific jargon....
Jeez, this is right on time. Yesterday was back day. So today is leg day, and I was trying to do squats a minute ago, and I couldn't go all the way down. Mind you this is the same weight I was doing last week. 8reps for 3 sets. I was doing that easy last week, and today I feel like I lost strength in my lower back.Man with your lower back, take a couple weeks, maybe even a month off from squats / deadlifts . Yeah thats happened to me, i just left and took a few weeks off. Like I always tell really active brehs, rest is underrated. I get peeps like hitting the gym, whenever possible, but that day or two off, isnt going kill you, it might even safe you froM tearing a ligament or something. Not to mention i see most of my gains when i take time off and live life. I get stronger, bigger, etc....Jeez, this is right on time. Yesterday was back day.
