I was like fukk the hell am I going to do with this... I do IF and use take my EC with coke zero. I put some coke zero in the the bottle and drink it all.

Like that shyt instantly hit the dome had me walking around like I was ons some limitless pills. Only had 4 hours of sleep but went to the gym with a clear mind, completely focussed. I was able to hit chest hard and even added 3 new exercises.

Man with your lower back, take a couple weeks, maybe even a month off from squats / deadlifts . Don't play with that shyt. I know in the past my back has gotten tight or in a knot from heavy lifting and that's what I did. I've never had any chronic injuries, but the best advice I can give is to listen to your body.
