Could I get some help on devising a list of exercises I could do on Fridays for back and chest simultaneously.
During summer my routine was very simple
M&F - Back + Biceps
Tu&Th- Chest + Shoulders
W- Legs + Core
Sa- Soccer
Su- Rest
Due to some upcoming events (Holiday in West Africa) I've been getting back to the soccer pitch a lot more to improve my cardio and practice my game as I plan to play a lot of soccer when I get there. Those boys in Nigeria play no games when it comes to the soccer.
So right now my routine is:
M- Back + Biceps
Tu- Chest + Shoulders
W- Legs + Core
Th- Soccer
F-??
Sa- Soccer
Su- Rest
So far I've been alternating between Back and Chest e.g. Week 1 Fr=Back, Week 2 Fr=Chest etc. But I feel like for Back and Chest those are day I'd want to get at least 2 good days of training per week.
Maybe calisthenics for then

Side note: A cold shower after an intense workout is GOAT
. The juxtaposition of hot muscles being drenched by the icy cold water.
