But make sure to drink like 2-3 gallons of water a day. Get a water purifier if it helps financially. Just chugg, throughout the day.

Make sure the food you consume is nutrient dense as well.

Hit Back day with a vengeance today. :wow:

I'm really enjoying just going to the gym and strictly lifting and not focusing on cardio. I get in and within 45-60 mins I'm done with a solid workout. With 2 days of intense soccer I get all the cardio I need (at least now that it's fall and things are cooling up). The biggest part is the diet. I think I may save up and get a bike to get in some light cardio on Sunday afternoons.
Riding along the Georgetown Waterfront on a crisp fall afternoon for my DC brehs :blessed:

I gotta try and curb my binge eating ways even tho I'm bulking

It's crazy for me because I'm looking to drop a good deal of weight.

Once I'm done working out I get crazy hungry. What's been helping me is eating a variety of nutrient dense foods plus foods high in fiber. You'd be suprised how little calories are in a plate of roasted pork loin with roasted sweet potatoes, roasted veggies and slow cooked beans. At the same time it's very filling and nutrient dense.

I'm embracing this lifestyle brehs :wow:

Man I just about got to 405 on my deadlift this morning. I was a few inches from fully locking up. I'm still counting that shyt though. I got the video on my phone, might post it here later.

I only weigh 185 so 405 on deadlift is good for me. 405 will be a breeze in the not too distant future.
