Guy at my gym most Saturday's does some of the strangest stuff I ever seen. Cool dude but I wish y'all could see some of his routines.i enjoy the kipping-cross-fit-circuit-triple-set bullshyt...good entertainment between my sets to watch.

Some jerk was deadlifting in the rack today
You do them in the rack!?thats methe gym is so small that the squat rack and smith machine are the only place to do bench/squat/deadlifts at.
Realizing how little meat I eat on a day to day.
A lady in my office is going away Friday so they brought some Famous Dave's (BBQ food).
Had a few ribs and some chicken and now I'm fighting to get through the rest of the day. I feel mad slow and I can't think straight.
I've been doing pretty much chicken, eggs, beans, fish and turkey for my protein. Only time I'll do beef or pork is for a burger or when I eat out.
Feeling bloated is not the move.

Perfectly fine but I see the same dudes doing the same full body routine with the same weight and I’mEveryday I workout is a full body day. That's why I space out my workouts 48-72 hours a part.
And I'm still way stronger and look better than peeps that go 5 days a week and shyt![]()
Squat + lunges then I move into bench press as an intermediate. Then get back up to overhead press and other upper body exercise. shyt works out lovely,when I got the gym to myself at night....I can't mix upper with lower. I'm the type of nikka.... I will do 1 set of squats, then go out for dinner, come back, do my other set. Upper body I can breeze through though.
