I can't mix upper with lower. I'm the type of nikka.... I will do 1 set of squats, then go out for dinner, come back, do my other set. Upper body I can breeze through though.
Squat + lunges then I move into bench press as an intermediate. Then get back up to overhead press and other upper body exercise. shyt works out lovely, when I got the gym to myself at night....

Perfectly fine but I see the same dudes doing the same full body routine with the same weight and I’m :dwillhuh:
Tbf lifting is only one part of the equation. There's other variable at play like: what's their diet like, how weight are they moving, how often do they workout, what's the intensity of their workout, what's their form like etc.....

I make shyt look and sound easy, when in reality I'm a student of the game. I spent countless hours reading various books from exercise science to biochemistry; all in order to perfect what I do.....

Being able to apply the knowledge that you learned everyday is :wow:

No question. All of that is part of it and each part is important.

Just lifting wise, I’m talking about a much older demographic than this sub-forum. I just kind of shake my head at seeing the same people paying the same trainers a nice chunk of money and doing the same weights and reps.

Im convinced a lot of people just like being in the gym. I'm watching my videos from this week.... lot of dudes in there just shooting the shyt. Working out is secondary. I've been at my work gym for damn near 4 years and everyone else looks exactly the same :snoop:

Yeah but to me moving the same weight is worse. Looking the same has a lot of variables, personally my work cycle impacts my body comp. Its not an excuse but life happens.

What I’m saying is that how do you go to the gym 4-5 times a week and never get stronger? It would be one thing if they were in great shape and maintaining but they aren’t. It’s just strange to see someone load up a oly bar and do the same 1/4 squats at the less than body weight.

My perspective as I get older is changing. I just refuse to not be stronger going to the gym consistently.

Oh yea, they all do the same weight. No change in body comp, no change in anything. It's just a daily ritual. I don't get it.... but w/e. More gains for me :lolbron:

Breh you got no excuse not to be in shape after watching this this:

Terry crews 48, CTF is 57

I'm curious as to whether or not Crews is on that cell tech or HGH.
Either way crews physique at 48 is insane...

Oh there isn’t an excuse not be in shape. My point is that based on real life some periods I’m going to be super dialed in and others not as much.

Not training will never be an option

with his heart issues he has I don't know if he's on anything now...I'm sure in the past he was...HGH is hella expensive I doubt as many people are on that as people think...Even SOMA is $250...but steroids are a lot less expensive and I'm thinking a dude like CT could of been on Test at least for a long ass time.

I did some research and a lot of people are more or less confirming that he's natty. It's pretty impressive to say the least :ehh:

Are there ways for me to bulk up while also doing boxing/cardio or should I isolate bulking 1st then get into stuff that will make me drop weight/lean out?

I'm an ectomorph and can't really afford to lose weight fyi.

Calories in vs calories out. A lot of people underestimate how much food is required to put on size..

Just eat more, and cycle creation....
