I haven’t been going hard but I broke my plateau and cumulatively dropped a 6-year old. Next goals besides more loss is really upping my arm and abwork. I’m mulling over whether to get my clothes resized now or wait, or just replace my wardrobe entirely.Yay for significant results but :sadcam: to my wallet

Damn...i really might have to take a week off:mjcry:...been doing nothing but compound exercises (especially barbell squats)and dumbell work..

Back still feeling kinda iffy...

If it feels the same tomorrow, I'm gonna simply go to the spa Sunday:yeshrug:
