Realizing how little meat I eat on a day to day.

A lady in my office is going away Friday so they brought some Famous Dave's (BBQ food).

Had a few ribs and some chicken and now I'm fighting to get through the rest of the day. I feel mad slow and I can't think straight.

I've been doing pretty much chicken, eggs, beans, fish and turkey for my protein. Only time I'll do beef or pork is for a burger or when I eat out.

Feeling bloated is not the move.

been making savory oatmeal for breakfast lately...i usually just make it plain and mix in ground turkey, but i been cooking it in vegetarian "chicken" broth with onions, topped with green onions, a little basil oil, wilted greens, a sprinkle of cheddar or parm cheese, and an two eggs over medium :ohlawd:

Savory oatmeal is a thing? I've never heard of that. Might need to try it.

Although when I was in NC I went to Waffle house with some cats from there and I think a couple of them did legit want to put hands on me when they saw me put sugar on my grits. I thought I was gonna get left. They took offense to that shyt:pachaha:

Dear Diary, Brehs/brehettes

Last time I did a 1 rep max test on bench press I was at 225, which was like a month and a half ago. Since then ive gotten to the point where I can do sets of 225(not alot of reps, but whatever), so today I decided to do the test again, and got a full rep of 265:wow:. I tried for 270, got it off my chest and got stuck mid way; I couldnt fully extend/lock out. So im happy with that.:salute:

Just looked at my tracker and noticed that all of my workouts since I startes TRT have been over 1:30-2:00 long....Prior to my workouts were under an hour...Also my recovery has seemed to greatly improve.

Headed to Cali on a work trip for a couple of weeks. Its only right to head to Venice to check out Muscle Beach and Golds. :wow:
