Grits and oatmeal discussion has me thinking about this BCAAs obsession have. Most high quality protein powders have it included. Gym water faucet fountain smelling like pinnapple and watermelon from the preworkout shyt and BCAA placebo kool-aid. You nikkas consistently on the gym Viagra.:scust:

Wake up with time to wash up, workout, have a post workout shake, shower, and make breakfast :blessed:

Of course I roll into work damn near at 10am :huhldup: (long commute lol)

But real shyt I make about 4-6 servings of oatmeal at the start of the week, if I'm doing ground turkey with it I cook about 4 servings at a time. Only when I do eggs do I need to cook something in the morning, but I'll usually heat the skilllet while doing my makeup so I can scramble and run out the house.

The no children life has its perks :win:

Started my first time on the push/pull/leg routine coming from a Bro split...Had a pretty good push day curious to see how this works out. I have a plan where every quarter I change workout styles. It may or may not mean nothing and is all just mental but so far so good.

I'm starting to add a good amount of strength and endurance it's like I can keep working out and don't get tired. I have also been hungrier a lot lately.
I met with a Nutritonist recently and was given a meal plan that has a half a 9 inch plate filled with vegetables, a quarter of a plate with a protein, and a quarter of the plate with carbs/optional.
With around 3 or or servings of fruit during the day. And some fats/ oils etc.

It's a game changer ! I'm a very happy with it!

I wear them (romaleo 3s) strictly for weightlifting (snatch / c&j) and power lifting (squat / deads). They're great for planting and stability for those type of lifts. They are not suitable for running, fast transitions or endurance work. A hybrid shoe like a
Metcon is better for workouts like that.
