been making savory oatmeal for breakfast lately...i usually just make it plain and mix in ground turkey, but i been cooking it in vegetarian "chicken" broth with onions, topped with green onions, a little basil oil, wilted greens, a sprinkle of cheddar or parm cheese, and an two eggs over medium

The new dumbbells are slippery AF too, shyt is kind of psyching me out for overhead tricep extensions. I was OK with the old equipment
