Cant believe how big of a difference the bench makes. Gym got all new equipment, new benches are like 2" lower it feels like. Missed 2 reps for the first time in maybe years; just couldn't find my damn groove The new dumbbells are slippery AF too, shyt is kind of psyching me out for overhead tricep extensions. I was OK with the old equipment
