been making savory oatmeal for breakfast lately...i usually just make it plain and mix in ground turkey, but i been cooking it in vegetarian "chicken" broth with onions, topped with green onions, a little basil oil, wilted greens, a sprinkle of cheddar or parm cheese, and an two eggs over medium :ohlawd:

Best workout i've had in weeks.

Never beating my meat again (yeah...ok) and gonna be in bed by 10 every night from now on (:duck:)

Im gonna try hard though.

Cant believe how big of a difference the bench makes. Gym got all new equipment, new benches are like 2" lower it feels like. Missed 2 reps for the first time in maybe years; just couldn't find my damn groove :to: The new dumbbells are slippery AF too, shyt is kind of psyching me out for overhead tricep extensions. I was OK with the old equipment :mjcry:

I was just thinking it's probably like grits. Oatmeal is cheap; might have to experiment :patrice:

I don't eat breakfast at all but wifey does. When I have breakfast it's an indulgence
you do IF? if not, why no breakfast? i fukking love breakfast, i could go without dinner easy but breakfast and lunch...i'm counting down the minutes to both those meals :pachaha:

Started my first time on the push/pull/leg routine coming from a Bro split...Had a pretty good push day curious to see how this works out. I have a plan where every quarter I change workout styles. It may or may not mean nothing and is all just mental but so far so good.

I'm starting to add a good amount of strength and endurance it's like I can keep working out and don't get tired. I have also been hungrier a lot lately.

This slow cooker my sister got me for Christmas is :blessed:.

Made some slow cooked beans last night. The thing came out :ohlawd:.

Huevos Rancheros (without the tortillas) for breakfast. Those is a lil bit of my homemade green chilli plus some lean turkey scramble and I got me a protein packed breakfast that holds me heavy throughout the day and is light on calories.

Savory breakfast > sweet breakfast.
