Haven't hit volume legs/squats in a minute. Breezed thru sets of 15 at 185, 195 and 205 superset w 20 step walking DB lunges (35s) w 60 sec max rest. My quads are on fire now but I felt fine thru the workout.

Heavier than I want to be, guess that don't matter since winter is coming:francis:

Lifts are going up at the very least. Switching back to a 3x5 routine and working on this squat techniques is starting to pay off. (*if i don't get injured playing football again:stopitslime:)

Lower back pain is going away. Been maintaining using barbell hip thrusts and boy do they take effect fast. I never get sore from them but the size +definition gains were damn near instant

Trying a high TDEE weight loss. Bought a folding semi recumbent bike and everything has been working surprisingly well so far. :ehh: Pretty nice to incorporate cardio into everyday activities.

Was reminded of a thread I read awhile ago where a couple people shared their experience walking 12-15 miles/day on a treadmill desk without adjusting calories. Results were very significant fat loss and a better sense of well being compared to their attempts with caloric restriction. :ehh:

I wish I had the time to walk 5-7 miles a day. The physical and psychological benefits seem to be clutch
