shyt def worked for me in my cut. Best part is you don't even have to go hard. I was targeting a ~125BPM heartrate... that was low enough that I could fukk around on my laptop or even hold a conversation with wifey. Main thing is just putting in the time. On my cut I was doing about 4 hours a week of cardio towards the end. But it was worth itWas reminded of a thread I read awhile ago where a couple people shared their experience walking 12-15 miles/day on a treadmill desk without adjusting calories. Results were very significant fat loss and a better sense of well being compared to their attempts with caloric restriction.
how many times I got to tell y'all to bush the machines....Did 50 pull-ups before my row/horizontal back exercises and felt it way more than when I use the pulldown type machines. Might stick to pull-up variations for my vertical back movements.
Also at this point I see no need for a "shoulder" day...I work front/side delts on push day and usually my rear delts on pull day.
