The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
Was reminded of a thread I read awhile ago where a couple people shared their experience walking 12-15 miles/day on a treadmill desk without adjusting calories. Results were very significant fat loss and a better sense of well being compared to their attempts with caloric restriction. :ehh:
shyt def worked for me in my cut. Best part is you don't even have to go hard. I was targeting a ~125BPM heartrate... that was low enough that I could fukk around on my laptop or even hold a conversation with wifey. Main thing is just putting in the time. On my cut I was doing about 4 hours a week of cardio towards the end. But it was worth it

been doing more "intense" and "explosive' gym sessions of late. same level of work/weight but with less rest time. working up a greater sweat and really taxing my body a lot more.

The burn feels amazing afterwards.

Did 50 pull-ups before my row/horizontal back exercises and felt it way more than when I use the pulldown type machines. Might stick to pull-up variations for my vertical back movements. :wow:

Also at this point I see no need for a "shoulder" day...I work front/side delts on push day and usually my rear delts on pull day.:patrice:

it's been like 2 weeks since I last deadlift due to a lil tweak in back. Gonna take it real easy tomorrow, good form not high weights.

I'm glad my workout regime is tightening up now that's it's fall. Looking to carry this momentum into winter and into the new year. I would hate to be one of those "New year" resolution let me get healthy type people that fall off the wagon like 3 months later.
