Lifting belt doesn't really help me much if at all...might use if I one rep or something, but otherwise just leaves me with sore ribs.:manny:

I have started to use straps for some back exercises...

Also one of wifey's friends wants me to help her build her lower half :ehh: Looks like the protocol worked. I didn't even think about coaching but I've been doing it with wifey so long I definitely have a protocol. Main thing is going to be getting this chick up to speed with diet and developing a routine around her schedule. If I can turn her around and get wifey bike after she has our daughter I will seriously consider it as a side gig. Lot of chicks need lower half development outchea. I think I would enjoy it.

How the workouts going breh?

Got my wisdom tooth removed last Wednesday and my whole right side of my face was swollen. :snoop:

Got healed up and went back to the gym on Friday and going back again tomorrow.

I think it was a needed break though because I was starting to get knee pain from my squats. :huhldup:Couldn't really put stand up and put pressure on my left knee too much or else it started to get sore. :snoop: I spent that whole week looking up squat videos and tryint to correct my form.

Now I'm starting to realize the actual importance of activating the muscles while you do the work out. When I was doing my squats, I wasn't actively engaging my glutes. :snoop:I was using my knees to push up and wasn't squeezing my glutes. Part of that was because my stance was too damn narrow. :bryan:So I widened that shyt up and now I can actually feel my glutes squeeze on the way up. Can't wait to test it out with some real weights on Monday.
