So I've been on TRT for going on 10 days now and I must admit that extra testerone has helped me get that enjoyment back from working out. My recovery is a lot faster it seems as if I also have more endurance as well. The times I've went in the gym I was able to go hard the full workout without getting tired...Yesterday I had a killer Back/Bicep/Tricep workout and this is the first time I woke up and felt like I needed to take a rest day....

So I can see how this shyt can become damn near addictive. You notice improvement's in strength and endurance and you start to quickly shed body fat. Now if you are a scale watcher I don't suggest any anabolic for you as weight generally will go up...I've been staying relatively water retention free because of the AI I am using.

I am on 300mg of testosterone enanthate...The good thing is I was given multiple vials and I don't have to go back in for a checkup until December. I heard some of the docs wanted people to come in every other week...I've been reading that it would actually be better to inject twice a week at half the dosage...But I just did what the doc suggested.

Pull-ups + tricep dip are the goat combination

:francis:lol The pulldown machines are a last effort and when I'm low on time to warm up...I'd say 85% of my shyt is freeweight.

Nothing worse than going to the gym and finding out your favourite gym equipment is out of order. shyt just throws me off because I go in with a plan and now I have to improvise and shyt which just makes me madder.

These useless idiots will take a long time getting it fixed too. :francis:

Committed an act I normally give folks the :hhh: about today.

Walked away from my squat rack without re-racking my weights.


I went to an "upscale" lifetime fitness. was pyramiding up to my top set. Out of the corner of my eye I saw something blowing by the rack next to me. Or at least it looked like something was blowing by.


I turn to look. There's two rats the size of small kittens peeking from under the rack like :gladbron:



I calmly sat the bar on the rack, picked up my gym bag and walked my ass right outta that gym :francis:
