I was working outside with the prowler today one of the trainers wanted to jump in with his client. No big deal, they were rotating inside and outside. I'm not sure he or she realized I had a 25 plate under the 45 plate:lolbron:. It looked like 90 on the prowler but it was really 140

Still got my usual strength too. Burn fat not muscle. :mjgrin:

Today's update. Unofficially. Expecting a pound or pound and a half gain when I get back in the gym regionally and my muscles start being active again. I'm definitely not seeing 170 tho. Also don't know if this weight loss made me grow an inch or I was measuring myself wrong but I used a measuring tape I have and it came out to 5'8, I was putting like 5'7 on body fat calculators. :mjgrin: still don't know where the weight went since I look the same. Of course I won't notice. I did lose like an inch on my neck and my pants are looser. :francis:

Damn! Good shyt @mannyrs13, that's serious weight loss. Now the trick is to try and keep (most of) it off.

Finally got the training video done.... god damn is this shyt tedious. Now I see why people only do one day of training at a time. Made me run through a lot of beats

Good shyt breh. Got a question about those dead lifts. Is it harder doing them with your legs apart like that? Figure it'd require more work from your quads on that type of lift?

Good shyt breh. Got a question about those dead lifts. Is it harder doing them with your legs apart like that? Figure it'd require more work from your quads on that type of lift?
I find them easier. You aren't lifting the weight as high off the ground and you bring your glutes in more. It takes a while to learn the form though. Try it and see what you think.

I think 93/7 is perfect, but it costs more and can be harder to find.

This is why back injuries are my biggest fear (followed by knees and then shoulders).

Depending on the time of day you measure you shrink. Youre taller in the morning, vs the afternoon

I did a body composition test today using the P.O.d machine and turns out in at 33% body fat:mjcry:

I thought I was pretty fit but that machine don't lie now I'm,thinking about watching my diet and calorie counting and starting more cardio and HIIT workouts :martin:
I'm 5'10 198-200lbs there's no way I'm north of 13%

Still have a flat stomach, visible an definition and veins....
