SAN ANTONIO SPURS NY DIVISION
Was showin my girl the ropes today. Teaching her new movements and makin sure she doin the shyt properly. Random trainer I never seen before pauses his session with a client, comes up to me to introduce himself, and asks me if I was a member. :dahell: He tells me outside training isn't allowed and I'd have to be doing the same routine as my girl. :stopitslime: Went back to what we were doin anyway. He proceeds to angrily stare at us the rest of our time there.



Anybody else experience some shyt like this? I never heard of a rule where one paying gym member couldn't occasionally direct another paying gym member. Seven different gyms and this is a first for me. Am I buggin for wantin to Charles Oakley this clown for fukkin up the energy? :pachaha: Pettiness at the gym pisses me off. :manny:

Some of these trainers be trying to give out the lil nikka treatment for whatever reason...

Id rather learn by watching and trial/error than to be putting up with most of them in any capacity.

Almost an entire week of bad eating and... I've lost weight

Calories in vs calories out. Your calorie intake must be low then. Plus if you been working out and burning more calories then I can see that happening. Your metabolism helps too. I say eat what you want long as you don't over do it and it can fit into your calorie needs.

shyt is :aicmon: Especially when there are women involved... nikka tried to flex on me at a gym tour. Needless to say we didn't sign up

Brehs, I'm having issues. I just got back from basic training and A.I.T. lost a lot of weight. I want to keep it off. I play a lot of basketball and run moderately.

However, I am having sweet attacks, but like I said I don't want to gain the weight again. How do you all combat this?

Work it into your daily calorie intake. Not a full on blitz but enough to satisfy your cravings.
