As somebody who was very heavy that lost a lot I'll never hate on any kinda overweight person trying to get in better shape

But these women go around calling themselves "thick" and "BBW" or whatever but it's a health issue to me.....I see ALOT of couples where the man is in great shape and the women look like pears :hhh:

Again whatever floats your boat but seems weird to me if your somebody into the gym and fitness that you wouldn't want your partner to be on the same page
Its the contrast....... I dont want a woman who looks and feels like me. That BBW shyt is a little too much but a little softness and some thick thighs :takedat:

My job is alot of walking/carrying plus going to the gym right after....

My body is aching...:mjcry:

I'm gonna take today and tomorrow off and get it in sunday...

I want to hit the gym at least 3 times a week...

I just gotta take a step back to take to steps forward...

Just got back from a week long work trip yesterday, went work out for a bit earlier this morning; and I feel weak as shyt :mjcry:

Have a salty snack and take some potassium and magnesium

I was cramping up on my motorcycle track day.... ran out and got some salty trail mix, and some magnesium/potassium pills..... was good to go the rest of the day

Pinched nerve in my back has had a niigga away from the gym the past few weeks... Gonna try and get it in tomorrow against my chiropractor's advice. I'm not gonna go heavy, especially on back exercises...

Just need to feel like I'm doing something... Past couple weeks I been like

Man I gotta scale back the fats.... I swear as soon as I have any kind of greasy food I can damn near feel it oozing through my sweat :scust:

Had to decide between 75/25 or 85/15 burgers... should have got the fukking 85/15s, these shyts are greasy as fukk :snoop:

Anything less than 90/10 I don't even fukk with.

I think 93/7 is perfect, but it costs more and can be harder to find.

This is why back injuries are my biggest fear (followed by knees and then shoulders).

Don't think I'll be at the gym for awhile brosephs.... Woke up this morning, got up out the bed, and had a sharp stabbing pain in my lower right back that doubled me over again. I think the most I can do at this point is some lifting with my resistance bands here in the crib. I can't even mess with my Powerblocks. Going to Myrtle Beach with wifey on Thursday then leaving for a work conference in New Jersey on Monday through Thursday. I might just let my hair down and be easy with the diet for a little while, and do some work with the bands to get a lil sweat going.
