Yea... unfortunately what makes it the best lift for the long head is what makes it dangerous on the elbow.... that crazy ass stretch. I think if I take my time and am careful with form I should be OK though.Cool stuff breh.

Gonna steal that deadlift with the trap bar
Once I'm over this lower back injury (that I got from trap bar deads) I think I'm just gonna stick with RDL and zercher squat. At least until I get my mobility right.I swear most of the nikkas in this thread do trap bar deadlifts or talk about it...even with bands.
RDL with front squats...think I found a compound combo for my leg day.

High reps with the low handles. I should have read that article about being natural and avoiding high volume first.Were you going high rep and hurt your back or it just gave from the weight?
I'm damn near close from capping how much I convention/sumo deadlift or throwing both in the bushes. Seen too many people get hurt doing it with normal form.
When I do cardio on the elliptical machine I turn the TV above to the Food Channel and I get type looks from some of the women It feels like I brought whiskey to an AA meeting. Watching that channel made me realize why eating out causes problems for some people. Some of the chefs in diners throw the salt and sugar in absurd quantities.
