To those who do PPL do you guys do PPL Off/Cardio PPL repeat or do you do two rounds of PPL (6 days straight) and take the 7th day off/Cardio? Keep in mind I do 10 min of Cardio after the PP days (will in crease by 5 min every few weeks).

I do upper/lower but my strategy for cardio is to only do it the days after my lower days. So not the day of or the day before. That works out to be Monday, Thursday and Friday on my routine. I was doing 80-90 minutes of cardio a day during my cut and recovering fine so that should work.

*EDIT* Now that I think about it I was riding the day before legs.... I would do my long ride on Saturday morning and then do my upper Saturday afternoon, and lower Sunday afternoon. So yea you might be able to do cardio the day before, but I would give it a little more than 24 hours (so like cardio the morning before, and then legs the following afternoon/night)

Cardio after legs? I think when I get later in my cut (maybe a yr from now ) I may go back to 3 day full body and increase the cardio to a few 40-50 minute sessions.

No go IMO. I guess you can try it but IMO it's better to let your legs recover after lifting. Especially if you go hard :demonic:

Yo have any one of ya try to go to the gym a lil bit buzz?? I been doing this for the pass days. I can lift more weights and do more reps when i drink 2 bottles of 12 oz :troll:but get mad thirsty real fast:shaq2:... and end up going to the bathroom like every 15 mins.:mjlol:
